AudioWorld Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AudioWorld website, browser games, AI Voice tools, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are a minor, you must use the Service with consent from a legal guardian where required. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You may not create multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions.

2. Service and free allowance

AudioWorld provides browser-based audio games and AI voice creation tools. Features, usage allowances, supported languages, and technical limits may change as the Service develops. Free allowances are provided per eligible account; failed generations are not deducted unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise.

3. Paid plans and automatic renewal

Web paid plans, including Basic, Creator, and Pro, are monthly subscriptions. Prices and included monthly usage are shown on the purchase screen and form part of these Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. Credits provided for a monthly billing period expire at the end of that period, even if unused, and do not carry over to the following month. A new monthly credit allowance is provided upon successful renewal. Toss Payments processes payment details; AudioWorld does not store full card numbers. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information.

4. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

You may cancel a subscription from the subscription page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period, and paid access remains available until then. All unused monthly plan credits expire at the end of that period and cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or carried over. Cancellation does not itself create a refund. Refund eligibility and the request procedure are set out in Section 13, and rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or infringing activity; impersonation or fraud; malware or security attacks; unauthorized automated or excessive access; or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law. Creator and Pro Voice Tools permit recorded or uploaded audio only when you own the voice or have explicit authorization. You must provide explicit consent for every request, may not use the tools to impersonate another person or create deceptive media, and are responsible for any synthetic-media disclosure required by law.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in text, audio, and other material you submit. You grant AudioWorld only the limited rights needed to process that material and operate the Service. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use generated output, but output may not be unique and AudioWorld does not guarantee that it is free of third-party claims. The Service, brand, software, and site content remain owned by AudioWorld or its licensors.

7. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Web-generated audio is retained privately for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Free accounts can reopen the three most recent unexpired results, while paid accounts can reopen all unexpired results. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

8. Availability and changes

The Service may be modified, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or unavailable, and output quality is not guaranteed. Material changes to these Terms will be announced in advance where required, and the effective date above will be updated.

9. Suspension and termination

AudioWorld may restrict or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, or threaten the reliable operation of the Service. Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and AudioWorld is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded, including liability arising from intent or gross negligence. You should independently review generated content before relying on or publishing it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law. Consumers may also use any dispute-resolution procedure available under applicable law.

13. Refund policy

Eligibility

You may request a full refund when both of the following conditions are met: (1) the request is submitted within 14 days after the payment date, and (2) no paid credits from that billing period have been used. Signing in, viewing pages, and listening to public sample audio do not count as credit use. A successful AI Voice generation that deducts one or more credits counts as use.

Non-refundable cases

Once any paid credit has been used, subscription fees are normally non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused credits, cash conversion, credit transfers, and prorated refunds for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with generated output, or failure to cancel before renewal are not provided, except where required by applicable law. Failed generations for which no credit was deducted do not affect refund eligibility.

Exceptions

AudioWorld may provide a full or partial refund for a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, an unauthorized charge confirmed through a reasonable review, or a material failure of the paid Service attributable to AudioWorld that cannot be reasonably remedied. This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

How to request a refund

Email contact@audioworld.ai from the email address registered to your AudioWorld account. Include the account email, payment date, amount, plan name, and reason for the request. Do not send your password or full card number. AudioWorld may request information reasonably necessary to verify the payment and account owner.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are canceled or returned to the original payment method through Toss Payments. AudioWorld will submit the approved cancellation without undue delay; the date the amount appears on your statement may vary depending on Toss Payments and the card issuer. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal after the current period but does not automatically refund the current payment.
